Bonfire Night

although strangley for us tehre was no bonfire, far too dangerous! We four went out with Gaw's mum and sister to see the fireworks display at centre parcs. It was the first time I had seen a display where they set it to music and it was really very good (although I was informed that they have so far used the same music for the past 4 years!). They had it down on the beach!! And that was great while we were waiting as it gave the kids something to do, although building sandcastles did seem a little surreal in the dark.

Both girls and their cousin Jacob had a great time although if you asked them they would probably talk more about the visit with the kittens afterwards than the actual fireworks - Alice was in love if a little too in love - the poor kitten kept looking to escape only to be foiled at every oportunity by a little girl with very long arms!
